Direct Print Substrates
Using UV cured inks we can print onto a wide range of substrates. Our Acuity Flatbed printer is the industry standard for high quality and the finest detail. CMYK and White ink printing.
Sheet size – up to 1250 x 2500mm and up to 48mm thick.
These are the products we have tried. There are many more possibilities that we or you might come up with. Other possibilities can be printed on our roll to roll Latex printer.
- ACM – (aluminium composite) – Alucobond, Dibond, etc. White, silver, brushed silver, brushed gold, mirror, etc for durable signs and display panels
- Acrylics – Plexiglas, etc. Clear, opal, frosted, top print, reverse print, backlit
- Aluminium Sheet – anodised plate, for signs
- Armaboard – premium light weight flute board
- Art Papers – Canson, Hahnemuhle, and Archers watercolour papers
- Canvas – on sheet canvas, or prestretched canvases
- Cardboard – Formacote, art cards, etc for display or packaging
- Crescent Board – matboard used in framing, for labels and display
- E-Flute – twin wall corrugate board for packing mock-ups
- Fabric – polyesters for display

- Octopus Self Adhesive Stickers – low tack and reusable on smooth surfaces. Can be cut to smooth shapes
- Optical Clear Film – 3M 8150, Self adhesive for clear window or label designs
